As our customer, you entrust us with your personal data, and we are responsible for their protection.
Protection of personal data in accordance with the GDPR:

The administrator is Meriglobe Advisory House s.r.o., ID No.: 275 98 951, with its registered office at Krakovská 583/9, Prague 110 00.
The administrator runs its website at www.academymeriglobe.cz and processes your personal data.

We hereby declare that, being the administrator of your personal data, we comply with all legal duties required by law, particularly by the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and GDPR, and as such we shall:
process your personal data only on the basis of valid legal grounds, especially on the basis of a legitimate interest, performance under contract, legal requirements or your consent;
we comply with the duties laid forth by Art. 13 of the GDPR before we start processing any personal data.
Extent and purposes of personal data processing
We process the personal data that you disclose to us for the following reasons:
Provision of services
Your personal data to the following extent—your invoicing details, email address, telephone number and correspondence address (if needed)—are essential for us to be able to provide you with our services (e.g., to send you a book).
Accounting
If you are our customer, we need your personal data (invoicing details) in order to comply with legal requirements concerning invoicing and record keeping.
Marketing – sending newsletters
We use your personal data (email address and name) in order to send you commercial messages. If you are our customer, we do so on legitimate grounds as we reasonably presume that you are interested in our news for a period of 5 years after placing your last order with us.
If you are not our customer, we send newsletters exclusively upon your consent for a period of 5 years from the time you give us your consent.
In both cases, you can revoke your consent by clicking the unsubscribe link that is included in every email we send you.
Cookies
When you browse our website, we track your IP address, how long you stay at our website and which website you have come from. We consider the use of cookies for tracking the number of website visitors and adjusting the way our website is viewed to be in the administrator´s legitimate interest, as we believe that as a result we can offer you even better services.

If any change occurs in your data or you find they are not updated, you have the right to request an addition and/or change to your personal data.
You can exercise your right to restrict processing if you think that we are processing your personal data inaccurately.
You can restrict the extent or purpose of the processing of your personal data (e.g., by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you restrict the processing of your data for the purpose of sending you commercial messages).
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
Another right you have is the right to erasure (right to be forgotten). If you wish, we shall erase all your personal data within 30 days.
In cases such as accounting and record keeping related to accounting, we are obliged to keep records of documents for the time required by law. In such cases, we can erase your personal data after the relevant period.
Unsubscribing from newsletters and commercial messages We send you emails containing inspiration, articles and information about our products and services if you are our customer and on the basis of our legitimate interest.
If you are not our customer, we send you emails only upon your consent. You can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email we send you.
Confidentiality
We would like to inform you that everyone who processes your personal data is obliged to keep your personal data confidential and to adhere to all safety measures whose breach would result in jeopardising the security of your personal data. This confidentiality obligation continues even after the termination of your contractual relationships with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.
